Senior Party Chief - Birch River Office

Gary is a 2013 graduate of Bluefield State College with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and has been employed by Allegheny Surveys since he graduated in 2013. Gary has been senior party chief for numerous boundary surveys, and has served as the primary lead in a Department of Energy project for the past five years. He also plays a major role in multiple construction surveys.
